Default Video of me 2tabling is too large, need help.

I made a video for the SSNL study groups using CamStudio. Its an hour long and the file is too big. I hosted it on FileFront and its like 500MB or so. Is there anyway I can tweak the video so its not so big. Any help would be great.

<--------n00b to all this stuff.

you could use something like virtualdub to convert it to xvid or divx.

Not sure what format camstudio is in though.

download gspot codec info thingee, If it's in xvid and 500meg theres someting wrong because 90 minute movies you download in xvid are about 700meg.

maybe you have to recompress it with better compression you can compress poker table video a lot cause theres not a lot of info in them like movies.

going by cardrunner your file size should be about 100meg, although you may have to decrease the resolution like somebody else said, which means if your screen is 1600x1200 have it shrunk down to 800x600, I think cardrunners does this.

1hour 800x600 = 120meg
1hour 1600x1200 = 240meg
1hour 1600x1200= 320
for some cardruner videos
