Default triple barrelling on a whim (NL600)

BB was about 45/10 over ~50 hands. In this small sample, his 'fold to flop bet' and 'fold to turn bet' were both quite high (70%+). Each card seemed to give me an excuse to fire another one.

NL600 (6handed)

SB ($1030.85)
BB ($467.65)
UTG ($591)
MP ($507.10)
CO ($595.50)
Hero ($600)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $3.
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, CO calls $6, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $30</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $24, CO calls $24.

Flop: ($93) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
BB checks, CO checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $55</font>, BB calls $55, CO folds.

Turn: ($203) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $130</font>, BB calls $130.

River: ($463) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $253 (all-in)</font>

Due to stack sizes, I couldn't really bluff a credible amount on both the turn and river, however, my turn bet came with no river push intention. The river card gave me new hope, however.

Comments on all streets appreciated.

I hate your flop bet size. If you are going to bet on that board into 2 opponents, you need to bet much closer to pot. I would usually just check the flop though.

This is very bad. they never fold two pair here and that is by far his most likely hand.

I like a flop bet, but it is too small. I think 75-90 is better.

i would check this flop vs 2 cold calling donks pf. very unlikely you take it down with 1 bet, and vs these ppl double barreling boards like this is fairly unappealing with 2 outs.

pot the river. since you don't have enough just fold.
