Is raising QTo here a leak?

I raise borderline hands in earlier positions too sometimes and ofton wonder the same thing.I think if you play very well post flop it might not be a leak but at best marginally +.Worst case im sure it can be a leak for some.

I raise it up all the time if the button and at least one of the blinds is tight.

from the CO, i'm raising this up every time, imho, i think it's almost a leak if ur not raising it up...
