Default Poker News Team Begins to Crumble

Just two weeks into the WSOP, it appears the reporting team assembled by Bluff and Poker News is starting to come apart. First, their floor team leader has returned to Australia; now FlipChip, the dean of poker photographers, has been given a warning and is subject to having his credential withdrawn. Finally, it appears that Tim Lavalli has either left the Poker New staff or been fired.

Can anyone say: Craig's List interns?

Goood I hope the annoying 17 year old would stop starring at my stack every time I win the big blind from the button.

They are working under tough conditions. with all the restrictions harrahs has placed on them.

Cut them all some slack since they are working harder than alot of folks at the wsop.

peace

Jonno and Jedi have both had to temporarily go home for family reasons - they will both be back soon.

We have hired some new staff (a few of them have tournament reporting experience) and are constantly tweaking things to improve the coverage.

thermopyla, please come say hi in the media room. I would love to meet you.

Then you didn't follow the coverage last year...or the year before.

Its been very standard during the WSOP for this forum to be FULL of threads and posts complaining about the coverage. At least there is coverage these days and a hope that eventually it might improve.
