They should be emailing/messaging you. Basically you'll have to send your ID, a bill (electric or something), and front/back copies of your credit card if you used one to load your account.

My favorite part was when they said "ok, we've verified all your documents, now it should just be about 5-10 business days before your account is reopened."

Ok, I'm still waiting for money from 10/15 , this is getting ridiculous. Zero updates from epass.
