Default Clemens meets w/Red Sox

I did a quick search, and was surprised my Boston boys didn't post this.

Clemens flew into Arlington sometime this weekend on Tom Hick's plane, owner of Texas Rangers, one of the teams in Clemens-gate. However, last night he had dinner w/Red Sox management, and today he came to Ameriquest Field and was in the Red Sox clubhouse for 45 mins, met with players, Wakefield, Ortiz, among others.

According to WEEI-Boston, he has stated that his two youngest children are more in the understanding of the idea of going back to Boston than they were a few months ago.

Red Sox management flew to Roger over the off season and gave a presentation. The presentation featured old highlights of Roger in Boston, interviews with old players and statements from people who were around Roger in Boston (I believe neighbors of his). This film brought his wife to tears.

Roger, PLEASE come to Boston, PLEASE!!

Brilliant negotiating ploy to drive up the Astros price.

I was your age when Roger was in Boston, and he was the first player that autographed something for me. I had trouble with him on the Yankees, but all is forgiven and I blame Dan Duquette and old mangement than Roger.

I would love for him to finish up in Boston.

Roger hates Boston for what they did to him and is much more likely to sign with NY. He has nothing but happy memories with the Yankees and is much more likely to win a World Series with them.

Getting a ball signed for you in your 20s was that special of an event?

Secondly, Roger was a fat [censored] with the Red Sox, and then he joins the Yankees and starts these insane workouts that no one else on the Yankees can keep up with.

I still root for Antoine Walker.
I will root for Adam Vinatieri next year and beyond.

I can't stand Roger Clemens.

I just saw part of the interview with him after he exited the Red Sox clubhouse.

One thing is for sure, he is not ready to pitch (anyone who knows Roger training tactics he holds a high level of preparedness).

He made statements like, "sit back and watch", "see if anyoe goes down where I could help", "not going back to wave my hand around, I want to win".
