Default Random Question For HS NL Players

Been reading these forums for awhile now and I'm just curious...
Of the regular High Stakes NL players...

1. How old are you guys?

2. How long have you been playing NL poker before sitting in regularly in the HS games?

3. Do you have a outside job as insurance in case you get crippled or do you live of your winnings in HS NL?

4. Favorite Site to Play on-and why?

5. One thing you discovered about playing HS NL that you thought to be true but wasn't, or you didn't think was true but was.

6. One NL skill you had to master/be good at in order to win regularly at the higher stakes NL besides hand reading ability and game selection?

7. How many hours a week do you usually play and do you multi-table?

Its late and I'm bored...so if this post is retarded then just delete.

1. How old are you guys?
22

not sure what high stakes is, but I hopped in 5/10 after 3 days of NL cash b/c everyone was so bad (or I was so lucky?)

3. Do you have a outside job as insurance in case you get crippled or do you live of your winnings in HS NL?
no

4. Favorite Site to Play on-and why?
I like all the sites except Prima b/c 100/200 is scary and tempting

5. One thing you discovered about playing HS NL that you thought to be true but wasn't, or you didn't think was true but was.
I thought that everyone playing HS NL grinded their way up the ranks of NL cash.

6. One NL skill you had to master/be good at in order to win regularly at the higher stakes NL besides hand reading ability and game selection?
I won right away, so I didn't have to master anything BEFORE winning.

7. How many hours a week do you usually play and do you multi-table?
probably 30 or so, of course multitable.

1. How old are you guys?

24

2. How long have you been playing NL poker before sitting in regularly in the HS games?

3 months, but 1 year of limit before that.

3. Do you have a outside job as insurance in case you get crippled or do you live of your winnings in HS NL?

Yes I make big bucks as a grad student. I don't know how I would make ends meet without poker santa barbara is really expensive.

4. Favorite Site to Play on-and why?

Fulltilt, because you get to play with the pros.

5. One thing you discovered about playing HS NL that you thought to be true but wasn't, or you didn't think was true but was.

That the games would be tough, they really aren't, as long as I'm not tilting.

6. One NL skill you had to master/be good at in order to win regularly at the higher stakes NL besides hand reading ability and game selection?

Emotional control. I tilt like no other. Also learning how to fold a hand since I had just played limit before.

7. How many hours a week do you usually play and do you multi-table?

~30-50 depending on how my research is going.
