This doesn't seem consistent with the ability to see just the opponent's hole cards. If anything he can see the cards coming too. Would this guy push on the flop if he could see both the hole cards and the board? Why wouldn't he just call the flop and extract the max by letting his opponent fire away on the turn and river? IMO, that hand proves absolutely nothing.

[/ QUOTE ]

I wouldn't give this guy a pass. I know I saw a previous hand where Iweargoggles (sp?) played against a known cheating account with AJ? and the board bricked also like this one. The cheater failed to see Iweargoggles was potcommitted. Similar to this guy but I don't get the reraise pre if he can see. If this is his record for 3 tournys yeah he cheated. How do you see his other results?

maybe they cant say anything at AP yet beacause of deeper things than just the super user cheating. all the frat buddies and columbian links, multiple air plane "accidents"? very dodgy situation. prob got lawyers crafting statments to keep canadian/ inernational law/ authorites away from coming in to look at AP/UB kanawhake.

You would have to subscribe and pay to see the rest of WALTER_M's stats. It says he has played 25 tournaments with a first and a second. The one he took second in was March 24th, 2007. TheWacoKidd placed 7th, maybe he would have HH or some insight.

Isn't there evidence that these accounts didn't always act like a superuser acct? Will Absolute refund money from every tourney, cash game that any of these accts played? Do they have any way of identifying where they were using there super powers and where they weren't? Would you trust there assesment?

One of the things that hangs me up is why they would do this in such a reckless manner. Yes they may be dumbasses, but I'll bet on something else. When we know that we'll probably know enough to be satisfied with the answers from Absolute.

If the scam required that user 363 be observing any table to expose hole cards, they should be able to track exactly what hands were cheated on.

In regards to your recklessness question, the answer is Cokehead.

If I had a superuser account and I wanted to go unnoticed, I would play SNGs. I haven't played SNGs for a long time, but last I checked those were not usually datamined (except by sharkscope, which doesn't even cover absolute). Do you realize how easy it would be to make 6k/day playing SNGs and be completely under the radar? Nobody would miss the $. That being said, I think its important not to discount the possibility that many millions have been stolen. Sure you'd notice it if it were all from HSNL, because that world is small. But there are a TON of other ways.

Um, SNGs get to push/fold preflop really fast, so I'd think they would be just about the worst place for a superuser.

lol... sorry didn't mean to sound like I was tasking out work... hard to remember that everyone here is doing this without compensation at times... I meant using the old one adding the AP lastest press release and such... sorry about the poor wording and my request can be freely ignored by all...

Again, thanks to everyone for doing the work that already has been done...

If these guys are in hiding with all that cash, they cannot risk putting it in a bank, can they? So, they are sitting somewhere, supposedly in a country like Panama, or Columbia, with a case of cash, and we are putting their pictures on the web. I can see their concern! I wonder, how much does a small army (for security) cost these days in these countries?

[/ QUOTE ]
Would it bother anybody here to learn that a bunch of ex special forces guys banded together, hunted them down and stole thier cash, and in the process made them disappear?
Just wondering as I have no such connections.

[/ QUOTE ]

Don't make them disappear. Have them parade around the Amazon room at next year's WSOP with placards reading "Official bad beat whipping boys"
