So AP is refunding the $530 tournament on 8/18 that was won by POTROAST. This account had been speculated about on these forums but there was never any concrete evidence to my knowledge. I wonder if they will discover more tournaments, as this one was a full month prior to the originally reported cheating.

This doesn't seem consistent with the ability to see just the opponent's hole cards. If anything he can see the cards coming too. Would this guy push on the flop if he could see both the hole cards and the board? Why wouldn't he just call the flop and extract the max by letting his opponent fire away on the turn and river? IMO, that hand proves absolutely nothing.

Isn't there evidence that these accounts didn't always act like a superuser acct? Will Absolute refund money from every tourney, cash game that any of these accts played? Do they have any way of identifying where they were using there super powers and where they weren't? Would you trust there assesment?

One of the things that hangs me up is why they would do this in such a reckless manner. Yes they may be dumbasses, but I'll bet on something else. When we know that we'll probably know enough to be satisfied with the answers from Absolute.

I was posting that as evidence that WALTER_M wasn't cheating... it had nothing to do with the other guy's play.

Clearly you didn't read the part of my post where I asked where to start such a thread, obv. But you're also right about getting flamed, even though I have perfect evidence. I'm a small time player and I don't need people jumping all over me telling me that I shouldn't be doing this or that anyway. So let's just say [censored] it and get back to the AP deal. Forget I even mentioned it.
