This is exactly why it is so useful to display agg frequency. Because agg frequency includes folds, you don't have OP's problem (that you get with factor) of trying to discount how wide villain's postflop range is, based on his VPIP.

In fact displaying both factor and frequency side by side can instantly give you good info on how a villain plays if the agg frequency is surprisingly high given his agg factor, or vice-versa.

For instance, a villain with:

1) a high factor relative to frequency, loves to take bet/ fold lines. So you have more fold equity versus these guys; or

2) a high agg freq relative to agg factor is probably an aggro showdown guy, who first instinct is bet/ call.

There is another good reason for displaying agg freq, which is that it converges considerably quicker v unknowns.

You need to get used to the fact that frequency but not factor is displayed as a %. To convert freq into a number (like factor), use

freq/ (1 - freq).
