Default PokerOffice

Does anyone use PokerOffice or is the Pokertracker the only one to have?

I like the live tracker which helps with my pot odds and that but I haven't a clue what the stuff in the database does? Anyone have a link to a beginners guide please. Also what exactly should my figures read so I can show my wife that its not a waste of time and I'm actually a half decent player.

I use PokerOffice and see no reason to switch to PokerTracker.
