NL100 Triple barrel worth it?

Villain is 28/18 over 300 hands. He floats c-bets a ton hence my double barrel, but I would have heard from a set on the turn. I felt like this was a J or T9, as I definitely would have heard from a set by this point, and he's def not checking to me on the river with a set. I can't fold out AJ, but I think I have enough equity to fold out most other Js. Theres no FD that would have rivered the A. Comments on all streets appreciated.
