I think he has Ace hi most of the time here. I would bet and expect to get paid off a lot.

for the record i would bet this river 100%, if pf it had been 3 bet by him cap by us. as it is most A his he doesn't have here (bc of the pf action) or have us beat. i think this is a clear check, what do all you A hi people think he has? A9o specifically? and this is enough of his range that he plays like this to bet it. i think this is a bad assumption, but maybe that is y i suck.

i cant believe how many people think this is a bet for value.

we beat a6 a9 at .. he 3 bets aj and aq like 99% of the time.
He calls way more often with a pair than with ace high as well. I think betting here is really bad without serious history.

I understand what you're saying but there's also like no way for him to have a pair here. I assume in order for him to have a 2/3 he would have an A with it and everyone on earth c/r pair+A+straight draw on this flop. Maybe he has KT-KQ and he got retardo stubborn and will call with that, I don't really know. What I do know is I have an incredibly difficult time giving him credit for a pair.

i obviously clicked check and as i was releasing i regretted it instantly... looking back i think this is a relatively easy value bet if you have played a good amount of higher stakes online, it just seems standard to me

he cant really have a pair... so he either has like 6x or Ax so unless he has 76 you probably are ahead and if he has Ax hes probably calling.

for those of you saying he three bets AJ and AQ 99% of the time i think you are wrong...

I'm kind of curious, if OP had KQ instead, should he fire the turn? If so, should he fire one more on the river?

u r telling me that 4 handed he is gonna be that tight a 3 bettor, or is gonna be balancing from the bb?
i agree that he is unlikeyly to have a pair but i would be suprised to hear that he is usaully (80-90% of the time) calling with AQ AJ in the BB here.
i think the more accurate question is, is he calling down with K hi? i mean i think that you are ahead a lot of time on this river, but i also think that you are ahead less than 50% of the time when you are called on the river, unless he is making some real thin calls.
