Default sportsbook.com poker software meltdown?

After install, it ran ok for a while, although my total system performance was obviously affacted in a manner similar to that of software. The client froze, and I ended the task. Since then, I have not been able to reopen the poker client. I tried resetting my computer, but every time I try to run the software, nothing happens. I tried to delete and reinstall, but clicking "run" after new install doesn't do anything either. Tech support had no ideas. Can anyone help? Can I access my customer database info (ie login and funds) from another cake software skin (which is what sportsbook.com is)?

Thanks much.
