Default Set on scary board vs. tough player, deep

Villain is overbet56, possibly one of you guys. It's been a while since we've played so I don't have a read. He's running 26/20/3.5 over 3k sample. I'm not sure how much of that is from heads-up.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.75/$1.50 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $109.00
BB: $299.25
Hero (UTG): $312.25
CO: $506.55
BTN: $297.75

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 Players)
Hero raises to $5.25, CO folds, BTN calls $5.25, 2 folds

Flop: ($12.75) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $10.00, BTN calls $10.00

Turn: ($32.75) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $25.00, BTN raises to $88.50, Hero calls $63.50

River: ($209.75) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, BTN bets all-in for $194.00, Hero folds
Uncalled bet of $194.00 returned to BTN

Pot Size: $209.75 ($3 Rake)

He's definitely capable of bluff-raising the turn, and also value-raising worse hands. Is he shoving a set b/c he thinks I have AA-QQ? I'm lost on this one.

We'll he just turned a set into a bluff.. so either he has a jack or he's bluffing.. basically he has J10 or 88/77/33.. so what do you think about calling? I don't think theres enough information either way to make either decision clear, we get 2:1 on the river so I think that is a call.

Also board is heavy to the point where you can just repop the turn, and if he has J10, cooler

I would probably have pushed the turn, but as played I would have folded the river. I dont like going all in on boards where one card makes a straight.

He is capable of bluff raising with jk and calling a push with it. Not as capable of value raising with worse, though he could do this with 2pr. He pretty much never has a set though.

For the most part he is pretty straightforward post flop, and will mostly jt here. I still shove though cause he is horrible at getting away from hands if he does have worse.

I doubt he flats this flop w/ 88/33/98, although it's not entirely impossible. 79/87/77 and a slew of drawing hands are definite possibilities of worst hands he could be popping the turn with.

Tought spot since you didn't push turn, but I think I find a fold here. I don't think he bluffs river often enough to make a call profitable.
