Default FTP Cashout problems

Hi,

Has anyone been experiencing unusually long delays cashing out on
Full Tilt recently? I requested a cashout for a very small amount of money
(less 0.5% of my available balance) to be transfered to Neteller (I am in Europe)
which normally takes a few hours. Its been sitting with them for 3 days now!

Is Full Tilt in trouble?

Thanks,
Jonathan

Wow! That is really horrible! I remember it used to take me a few hours
at most to get funds from FTP to Neteller. But 72 hours is really
inexcusable. I wrote to them and got a polite response saying that
they have an unusually large number of cashout requests recently
and that their processing is backed up.

How come Stars is able to get my money to me usually within 5 minutes
of the cashout request, but FTP needs 72 hours? Hmmmmm.....

I wouldn't call 72 hours a delay...

There were/are two seperate issues.

1) There was a technical hiccup with ePassporte where we weren't able to process withdrawals. I'm not sure if the problem was on their end or ours, but it's resolved now, and ePassporte withdrawals should be going through fine.

2) On top of that, there were a couple of different issues that compounded to cause a backlog of withdrawals. We are currently behind a few days, and are working through them as quickly as possible. Bear with us, and we should be back to our normal processing times soon for most cashouts with the exception of checks. Our check volume went up drastically in the last week or two, and we'll need some extra time to catch up with those.

Hopefully we'll get through the backlog and caught up over this week.
