Best zipcode in Vegas to purchase a renatal Condo?
If this is in the wrong forum please move the thread where it is best suited.
I am looking to purchase a condo in Vegas and lease it out for a few years before I retire and move to town. Any locals have a suggestion as to the best area primarily for a high occupancy rate and less concern to future appreciation or current overvalue in that market? In case any of you own or knows someone well thay owns a condo near the Strip that wants to sell please point me in the right direction. Yes I know I can work through a realtor but I prefer to trust poker players instead. Call me crazy!!! Jimbo |

From what i READ (i'm no local) I say wait until it's time for you to retire and buy a foreclosed or unsold brand new condo

Thanks for the zips, I like 89123, it looks close to the Silverado Ranch area. 89183 must be so new that Yahoo maps can't find it.
