Little story: I was on a good diet for about 2 months. No pastries or processed carbs or anything. Then for two days I ate these meatball subs from donatos and these apple pie/ pizza things all day long. I was [censored] miserable for those two days, always tired and falling asleep, unable to think clearly, feeling drained, etc. It was really weird.

I would wager I eat more grapes than anyone on the planet unless they pick grapes for a living.

My buddy's gf is a Dietitian and she always told me that too much fruit will make you fat. I always just said [censored] it, it's fruit, how bad could it be.

It makes too good of a snack.

Seriously, not eating fruit is retarded. Granted I get like 1 banana and 1 apple a day and a glass of OJ. [censored]'s expensive yo.

Fruit is great though you def. go through it fast. It's much easier to go through a bag of berries than it is a bag of broccoli.

If you're on a relatively strict diet, fruit is probably a must just for some sort of replacement-sweetness sanity.

I don't know what the hell is happening in this country with fruit prices. Two years ago I could get oranges at 33 cents a pound regularly, sometimes 25 cents. Now I've seen them rise to a buck a pound and even 2 bucks a pound. This has happened with other fruits too. Fruit and vegetables used to be dirt cheap with occasional exceptions for specific ones. Now they're ridiculously out of whack with the prices we had over the last 10 or 15 years. It's bizarre when you can get chicken, pork, and steak for cheaper than you can oranges.

Grapes. Try eating grapes. They seem to be bulky.
I can't eat very many grapes before I feel full.
