seriously, taking an instareads approach, i don't think maniacs are common enough to make a light call here given that the raise is UTG.

it being the first hand you've observed does make it more likely that he's a maniac than if you'd seen him fold 1 hand prior to this one, but i agree with members_only that it probably doesn't change much.
