VPIP and PF at Full-Ring???
Just wondering what is considered a solid VPIP and PFR in a 9-10 max game compared with 6-max.... I have consistently played 6-max over the past year and am unsure what I should be looking for in myself and others concerning 9-10 max... I might be heading to Vegas shortly and obviously be playing some full-ring cash games out there, and would like to practice online before I head out there..... As of now, I try to play a TAG style of around 18/14, what would be comparable at full-ring??? Thanks.....

Re: VPIP and PF at Full-Ring???
Thanks, just another quick question.... How should I be playing suited connecters and small to mid-pocket pairs early to mid-position??? I also posted this in "poker theory" if you think this belongs in a different forum....

Re: VPIP and PF at Full-Ring???
These guys don't know anything.
6/1.7/.05 are good laggy stats for full ring. But, early position, SCers are usually a fold, but you can mix it up sometimes. If you're learning FR, just dump them. You can't go wrong playing tight as hell in early position at full ring. Sm. pps early, I would open them for a raise, then you run in the problem of getting reraised off your pair. Limp and it's obvious and you might not get paid off. If both factors work against, then you end up adjusting by folding them sometimes. These questions are fine for this forum, as you want a small stakes focused response. Also, don't try too hard to outplay TAGs. They're not where your money is at when playing 100nl. |
