Weird thing on stars 25/50

ok, so this guy was playing on stars 25/50 just now... and idk if some glitches were happening or what, but if you looked at his name on the table it said "mel". in the hand history, however, he's listed as "pmel". and if you just look at who won the hand in the HH section, he's listed as "nmel". wtf?

I think stuff like this happens when somebody makes an account with the pie symbol in it. A friend of mine had the symbol in his name and it would make glitches in tournament lobbys as well as the way his name looked on the table.
