He's raised preflop w/ 52s on steals.
I've seen him raise Q4s, J8 and A4o out of the blinds.
He's capped a Gutshot OOP against me HU.
He won't raise AA preflop.

1: i don't know what muppet means but i'm geussing he's loose/passive/weak/showdowny. i b/f the river because when he bets after you check it's almost always with a better hand and there's no way i'm check-folding here.

2: calls, calls and i don't think this is at all a hard decision given your read.

3: just raise. calling here is fishy imo.

edit - read hand 1 it wrong and thought hero was oop. call a bet, and bet/fold if checked to.

Hand 1: We have position. I want to see a showdown. I want at least 1 bet going in. Bet/call.
2: I raise here because the board has a few draws.
3: 1500 hands? YOU know the answer to this one...

1: If muppet means loose passive, bet fold.

2: Raise.

3: Given villain's trickiness, I just call down.

Hand 1: I B/F this river - it seems like every 2 pair/straight/flush draw just got there. The only hand I really see you beating is AK, and i don't think villain raises this river with that.

Hand 2: I used to slowplay flops like this with trips, but I'm amazed by how many callers you get with a raise on drawy flops. Flush draws are calling no matter what, as are some straight draws and overs. If the bettor was BB or something then I could see calling as a better option as we're gonna collect lots of bets on the turn.

Hand 3: I like a simple calldown here, given villain's style. If he has a big PP, good for him - you'll get him on another hand. I don't fold top pair against guys like this.
