Default Song Ripoffs

Inspired by Suzzer's observation about the similarity between Convoy and the Band Aid Stuck On Me tunes.

My contribution is:

-----

What's up (Hey, what's going on?) by 4 non blondes

same tune (not the chorus) as

Don't worry, Be Happy by Bobby McFerrin

-----

Most of you might be too young to be familiar, but both songs were very popular for a while.

Make it a rip-off, so things that are meant to be noticed like the Beach Boys imitation in Back in the USSR don't count.

Wow. I know both songs pretty well and was not aware they both had the same tune Gonna see if I have the mp3s now and check it out.

Does Twinkle Twinkle and the ABC song count? Sorry, I have 2 young kids.

Madonna - Lucky Star and the theme from Prom Night the movie

Starlight, starbright, first star I see tonight

Prom night ... everything is all right
(or something like that)

You may have to rent the movie, but they are the same song.

How about any song by Nickelback against any song by Nickelback?

There is a song in the last couple years, by one of those Blink 182-esque bands that's a watered-down ripoff of Grey Cell Green by Ned's Atomic Dustbin.
