Default Nut flush on the turn getting reraised, what\'s the best play?

I really don't know if a flat call is good here or if he's bluffing and I want him to bluff on the river as well or if he really has a hand, what's the best play here?

I like that line... if you got crippled by a boat, thats the game, can't see a way to get away from that...

I dont think he's bluffing, so I'll re-raise the turn.
I think he either has a smaller flush or a set. A straight is also possible. If he was gonna bluff with nothing, he'd probably do it on the flop. Few players will check raise you as a bluff after you've shown strength on 3 streets in a row.

Id ship it on the turn almost every time, villain will be getting almost 2.5:1 on the call and I cant see him folding very many hands that he would take this line with.

I think he's debating whether to raise the river. Folding is out of the question.
