This is defintely true. 3-6 game tougher than 5-10!

Considering OP asked about limit not PL...

I found 5/10 to 10/20 to be hardest. I think the median player does not play a whole better, but the good players play really well, certainly better than at 2-4 through 5-10
I have seen quite a few of those good players move up to the 30-60 level however, so not sure what it is like now, although I do know when no high level game is going they will come down as far as 10-20.
