I don't know why, but I was thinking about these hands I played a couple weeks ago.

15/30 Bellagio.

Hand #1 - The regular who made the KK face-up fold opens in MP and it's folded to me in the big blind. I look at my cards, hesitate for a moment, and then notice that he's watching me. I look up at him and say, "I've got one of those hands..." and he responds by saying "What? Q9?". I look at my K2s for a moment and freeze, then look back at him, and say "I'll see a flop." The flop comes out 99x. I check, he bets, and I call pretty quickly. The turn is a low blank and I check again. He bets, and I casually check-raise. He looks at his hand again, then mucks.

Hand #2 - Some relatively aggressive player who plays a little tight postflop. I 3-bet with J9s from the small blind and he just calls. The flop is Axx, I bet, and he mucks his hand very high in the air with an exasperated sigh. I didn't see what he had, but I know it was better than J-high.

I really like playing against folders...
