pf is ussually fold but this guy raises the button every time.

pf if he's raising on the button every time you should have come over the top with a re-raise. Also, if he's aggressive on the flop I would have check-raised him. And on the river, I don't think you can fold. He could have been calling with a king, or something like J10. What are the guys' stats like?

this would be a pretty good place for a squeeze preflop. as played, you can't fold to this guy that only has less than half a psb left.

3-1 is auto call with 2 pair here. There are enough other hands in his range that you beat for this to be a good call.
Villian could have AK,KJ,K10,K9,AA, stubborn midpairs...

Push the river yourself.

When you check, villain should check weak hands with showdown value, and push hands thats beat you.
