NETELLER.....Should i worry?

In light of all that was happening this weekend i decided that the safest place for my money was not in the poker sites but on Neteller. No from what I am reading on here that might not be the case. I have a check from them coming and an eft to my bank account. I am a little worried because the EFT usually would have been here today. I called them and the representative was less then comforting as she really didnt have much info other then my money was on the way. There stock is down 70% today ...if they go bankrupt are we screwed? ....trying not to freak out but this sucks.....anyone have any info on there status?thanks

do not worry. neteller clarified that they are not a bank to distance themselves from the internet gambling laws and changed their terms of service to also indicate that it is the users responsibility to determine the legality of using their services.
