Is MP2's flop call of Hero's c/r fairly standard? Or as Villain do you have to have some kind of read that Hero likes his hand well enough to keep betting?

Ah, sorry, I see your point, the standard play could be different for MP2 depending on the strength of his hand. Whereas MP2 could figure himself ahead with top two, but clearly that's not as strongly ahead as top set.

I meant in this case in which he has top set on the flop.

That's not what I meant. I mean, is MP2's bet/call on the flop with top set a standard line? Or does it require a read? I am inclined to 3-bet it, but I am afraid I have been betting people out of pots.
