like many of the regs at 1-2, i can play well for long periods when focused, however there are times when i'm just abc grinding and when i look back over my HH i GO UGH.

these people are all decent and the better ones can be pains in the ass when they are really going at it and/or catching cards

( and like anyone playing 1-2 everyone can find examples where a 1-2 reg does something stupid ..... i know i do it every frikin day...

Anyone got any thoughts on Koedjaelmen? his stats are pretty wierd for a regular but I see him winning on a regualr basis. I dont like getting into pots with him cos i am a nit and he makes me fold WAY to much.

Anyway, I pretty much agree with the ratings. Some strong ones in my PT:
Finmancul - dude you are a beast. well done. Seem like you do well in MTTs also?
feedmee2 - TAG, from Europe, made some thinking plays and smart calldowns
Dark-deity - very tight/ag
LoCoDovet - total nit? strong player
I disagree about spear1 -- very ag but exploitable. He 3-bet bluffs pre-flop a lot, so just put him on a bigger range. After the flop he seems to play like a maniac, and won't always fold to a reraise, but play for value and things generally go well. So just avoid him when he's catching cards [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

I see these guys often but don't have a full read on them, thoughts?

I guess I'll weigh in on this thread seeing as I just took the time to read the entire thing. I'm a .50/1 reg on FT and play 200NL occasionally on nights when the games are a little juicier (for me). I should probably post in strat but I don't, so whatever... I'll toss out a few 100NL names that I have in my db that I have not seen mentioned. If I've listed someone who has been discussed sorry but I can't remember them all.

If anyone wants to add any comments that would be cool.

These hands are not datamined - only hands where I've sat at the table are counted - so I may not have some of the ridiculously epic sample sizes that others do.



crawbin : a 15/12 nit who suddenly goes ballistic with top pair and is the biggest loser in my db of players with 1200+ hands (-$867 over 1350 hands). Loves top pair - willing to stack off with AJ on a J high board. Not very good with pot control - like to play big pots with hands most of us would not want to commit with.

Haverbay : Sometimes I play with this guy and he's playing a good 21/18 and other times he's a mega nit - overall 18/13. Seems to play well for stretches then will make a string of bizarre plays that cost him lot of chips. Inconsistent. Also a note that I have never seen him slowplay a hand... ever.

Annabella Maria : Bizarre. I have 1000+ hands but no significant notes on him/her. She was mentioned earlier in this thread with little info as well. 19/17 and down about 4 buy-ins.

Newbelf : I have just under a thousand hands and haven't played hims since mid August so this may be irrelevant. Decent player for 100 NL - nittish tendencies but better than most of the riff raff at this level. Can be guilty of overdefending his BB.




I thought I had a few more but it's a little tough to find relevant players who haven't already been mentioned. Further thought on these four?
