I'd probably make it a bit more on the turn and fold the river.

Does anyone lead for 8-10 on the river besides me? I think it makes the hand alot easier.

What a bad river card for you, but it was most probably a good fold, he for sure didn't have a flush the way he played it, but next time you should Pot the turn for sure.
