Am I being cheated out of my inheritance?

Ok I'll get a lawyer. I'm not a fan of lawyers, but how could one screw me worse than I've already gotten?

I don't really expect much in the way of legal advice here, but if nothing else other posters will learn that just because they're your family, still doesn't mean you can trust them.
