Barring a specific read, I don't think calling preflop is a good idea here against a pretty standard TAG.

As played, call the flop, keep the pot small, and try to milk him on the river if the cards cooperate. You absolutely cannot let this pot get out of control, but in order to do so you have to give him free cards if you are ahead. Thats why calling PF sucks.

So a raise in those spots (at the flop) is just for bluffs and strong hands, am I right? Isnt that kind of exploitable if I only call with mediocre? What if he do a big second barrel?

Call flop, call most turns.
Bet if checked to.
