i would not have bet this flop. as played, i would not have bet this turn. as played you have to call the shove.

this is a really scary flop so you must exercise some pot control here. it is too optomistic to assume he has AK here.

check/call i find check/calling is usually worse than bet/folding, but in 3bet flops this is not the case. villains love to bluff at 3bet flops in my opinion. so just check/call and see what happens.
