While my reasons for banning him aren't that he's a scammer...

Ryan... if you didn't ban him for being Buster, for clarification, what was the reason for banning the FullRake account?

It's not a joke, and you conveniently failed to address the other two reasons and FR's history.

When someone comes back from a temp ban and announces that they essentially don't care about the site's wishes and intend to break the rules again in the future, obviously it was a mistake to only temp ban in the first place.

When that same person posts private site information and is also BusterStacks, the ban is pretty much a no brainer.

I love how someone just bumped his thread in A/R from a year ago when he ran off with a bunch of cash. Does anyone see a reason not to lock it?

1. Entertainment
2. Take some heat off for banning Full Rake, although that thread has been linked a few times.
3. Get people pissed off at FR so they'll rat out his next account.

Spoil sport...

Ryan, I agree its a concern that some Mods continue to anonymously pass Mod-info to posters and won't acknowledge that they did it here.

However, I'm sure even you can see why I would find it funny that you would even note this, given your stance in other situations.

fwiw, the differences in the situations duly noted, and I'm not questioning the ban

BTW, as always, the reason(s) for a ban can be made public, but I feel it's somewhat important to keep the text in the private notes... well... private.

I wouldn't lock it... I doubt it gets many more posts in A/R... a reminder that there are shady afiliates every now and then can't hurt.
