id never re raise with dry 3 pair if the board is innocent enough and you had like top set and flush draw you can re raise if you put two people on the low, but still even then depends on pot size, players, etc.....usually when in doubt with a high hand just call!! (unless the pot is too small and the board is draw heavy where in fact you are not getting the right odds to call) therefore lom8 is very situational but dont overplay the high
