Default Mil hand...good bluff? Stupid spew?

Hero has ~21k, blinds at 100/200
BB is a loose dude loves to call riases pf.
MP likes to limp and fold flops.

BB covers every1, MP has like 7.5k

Folds to MP who limps, Hero raises to 775 in CO w/ A8o, BB calls, MP calls.

Flop (2.2k) 323r, both check to Hero, Hero bets 1600, BB calls, MP folds)

(maybe not the most prudent bet, as MP can c/r here a ton but has yet to do so ever after LCing pf, and this flop cant really hit BB range)

Now im putting his range to mostly pairs, and I guess hands with gutters like A4s and such.

Turn (5.4k) Ko, BB checks, Hero bets 3800, BB calls.
I dont think his range is that much changed, just him getting stubborn now..

River (13k) Jo, Villain leads 5k, Hero shoves for 9k more to him

Yes/No?

I feel that even though its not a big raise, its almost impossible to call here with his perceieved range unless its 43s or 22...

pF) I dont like raising with this hand if you know a guy likes to call pfr a lot
flop) flop cbet on this board is std
turn) std. this is good bluff
river) i think he is calling you with any card that has you beat. I thnk I just shutdown and keep the 14k.

preflop is fine and flop is a std cbet.
turn is a good bluff for a lot of reasons. he will likely give up gutshots, and open enders, maybe some overpairs.
river is a pretty simple fold. I don't see him having a bluff here and he almost never folds for 9k more, especially if hes not very good (loose, likes to call raises OOP)

I don't mind the flop and turn, but you gotta shut down on the river here. You put in your two barrels on a decently dry board and he's still here. He is not going away.

Everything is fine until the river. Idk what he has that doesn't make sense but people suck and don't know how to play so you can't assume he's logical. In the million, I think you get called here alot.

What are you trying to represent here?

Look at it from his perspective, if he's got a pocket pair, he's going to take some convincing that he's beat on that flop.

Your flop c-bet is as likely to be broadways as a higher pp, so its how your react when the king hits thats most important to him. Here, you make a biggish bet that seems to be begging him to fold.

If you had a king, I'd think you would try and put in a value bet, rather than continue the bluff. If you had a high pocket pair less than a king, you might shut down a bit.

By the river, your only holdings that he might be worried about are a king, or a lower pp, but your turn bets makes a bluff more likely. Would you actually push these on the river when you could just see a showdown for cheap? I think he's only folding complete air here, and you probably beat that, so on the river folding > calling > raising.

I think slightly less on the turn is more scary than the 3800, the fold to a raise on the river, but bet around 6000 if checked to.

Also, you had a read that the BB likes to call pre-flop raises, I'd use this and stay out of trouble. You've got position on MP, abuse him some other time when you havent got a real loosey in the BB.
