looks fine, flops not drawy so i'd try to make sure he gets it in. 1/2 pot on turn is more likely to be called imo, which gives him a really tough fold on the river with his most likely Q, mid pair. leaves him with 10 into what will be an 60 odds pot on the river.

nh. Alternatively u can bet slightly less on turn (only if u dont think hell cal a pot bet with Qx or worse )and call a shove or c/r turn AI are also fine but I prefer betting turn.

I don't really think the size of the turnbet matters. If we bet like $15 villian will only have left $7 on the river..

I agree the only reason to bet less is if villan will fold Qx to a PSB cuz it looks scary but will call a 3/4 bet or whatever u want to bet and rest 7 on river - it's still all going in for me.

isnt that a great reason to bet less? considering the pot size and the stakes, most players are looking in $$$ terms, so he'd be like 12 to win 37, wow have to call, the 10 to win 60 odd.

in general i think most of the problems people get into are not building pots according to the players involved. they bet too much agaisnt poor players, thinking hes poor he'll call that, rather than how best to get the money in. be it 1/2 now and the rest later, 2/3s now rest later etc.
