Default Not so tricky spot with QQ

I know I should post this in SSNL but I love MSNL advice much more. so I hope you guys don't mind. Villain is around 27/8. pretty weak postflop.

i wouldn't 4-bet pf vs. a guy with those stats, and if i did 4-bet it would be a lot smaller. turn call is fine, i think the river is a fold.

okay so the main consensus is that I played the hand badly. That's fine, but I want to know why? Where did I go brong and why?
