3 bet it. I think that this is the perfect spot to squeeze out the remaining players between you and the LAG UTG.

How so-so is the cold-caller? What makes him so-so? I think that matters a bit here. That being said, I usually 3 bet this as well. I agree that calling is probably a bad idea, as you're likely to end up in a 6 way pot or more trying to make top pair from middling position.
