Default withdrawing from fulltilt poker

Please move if this is in the wrong forum
I deposited on Full Tilt Poker by credit card and was wondering what you think is the easiest and cheapest method to withdraw, moneybookers or e-passport.

I am from the US.

If you want to get a few good laughs, post in the Internet Gambling forum about "easy withdrawal from FullTilt".

Hint: No matter what mechanism you use, prepare to be raped.
