hand 1: you say he reraises you and is pretty aggro, yet you haven't given him the opportunity to raise you until river. however if you think there is no chance he will call a flop bet then i like a check-call, otherwise why not bet your set and check-raise turn. that would get you a little more money.

hand 2:can you raise anymore than to 800? i mean how tight is this guy?

hand3:what can you do but hope they catch or get aggressive?

In hand 3 I'd check behind and hope they catch queens full, spike a pocket pair, a straight or maybe Aces and Queens. I don't think you get called very often. KQ or JT probably lead the turn.

hand 1: Looks fine to me. I don't mind the turn check since he either has overs or overpair whereby he'll check the former to catch up and bet the latter to protect. River is good since AK/AQ won't usually bluff at it when you check. Tens/A9 may make a crying call and you will get called almost always by AJ/QQ+.

2. I make it $1100

3. I don't like full pot vs a solid player here. That K is a scare card making the straight. Bet less like $350.

Jeff W, you have to account for the fact how often people check their hands over to B_Buddy, and they definately do that a lot given his image.

As for the hands, I'm w/ HEK here (I like them all), only I don't really mind the full pot on turn given his image in hand 3. I'd also consider pushing river in hand 1, unless you decide he's calling 800 much more often than 1500 w/ TT / a 9 and that that lower calling frequency outweighs the added value when getting called by checked-behind overpairs/AJ.

Buddy, there are lots of different ways to play hand #1. as long as you mix up the various options, your line is fine.

Hand #2, I'd raise to about 1K.

Hand #3, I prefer checking back on the turn. your bet may blow off AQ type hands, and complete air might even be sucked into firing at the river given your show of weakness.

Hand 3: no-one will ever put you on quad nines if you raise on the flop. Your line is interesting if you float a lot; but I don't think he's calling as he will face a major tough river decision if he calls here (big pot, etc). So if you call the flop, I prefer a turn check behind.

Hand #1 I like it and would play the same.

Hand #2 I would raise to a lot.. like maybe 1100 to go or something. He's going to have a hard time putting you on a hand and will probably think its a bluff.

Hand #3 I call like you on flop. I dont like a raise because it looks obvious you have a Q beat then and we know he doesnt have an overpair (and prolly not even that good of a kicker on his Q). I would bet less on the turn. Half the pot maybe. A pot sized bet prices out all the draws which is not what you want here.. I like the idea of representing the possible float here.
