The players are pretty loose I think..

Should I just check the flop?

A lot of times if I just keep betting I would win the pot without a showdown so I thought betting was the right line?...I mean the flop is pretty ragged..

I also bet the river cause he might lay down K or A-high

I'd fold that pf, but 8 handed in the CO, raising it can't be that bad.

The flop continuation bet is fine, especially if it's been working for you before at the table.

I'd say betting the turn with 2 players still in there is spewy. You've already said they're loose which means you can discount the ragged board to some extent, and you're not likely to fold anything that's hit the board. You've got position just take your card and hope to pair up.

The pot has gotten kinda big, so I don't hate the river bet given the turn action, but always playing hands like this is a good way to turn a large fortune into a small one.

I like the raise if MP1 will open/limp with the top 50% of his hands and the blinds will most likely fold.
