I checked out Datek during recruiting, based solely on the fact that a buddy of mine had netted ~$1M his first year out, working 40 hours a week.

I interviewed with this really kind of standard "Street" guy - slicked back hair, Noo Yawk accent... the whole nine yards. 2nd round was at the Waldorf. We just talked about strip clubs for the most part IIRC.
