There's a zillion Captains. I've made General (scroll up). Doubt anyone's made Field Marshall and I don't think I'm gonna bother - I figure it'd take 150-200 games to do it. I need to get back to poker...

how are points calculated?

how many do you lose in a 4th place finish? 3rd?

does the opponents rank have anything to do with it?

when people insta-forfeit does that cost them rank points?

i think i'm jelly-battle drunk

How many points you gain or lose depends on the rank of your oppnents and your rank. If you are a captain and lose to 3 privates you will lose a ton of points.

When people forfeit they place that they left the game in. When game freezes and you do not wait around for other players to leave you will finish behind you opponents.

If you are trying to build up your score and tired of losing points when it freezes try and convince your opponents to leave before you do by saying goodbye and not responding to them anymore. Wait around a couple minutes for them to quit and you will get first place most of thew time.

I just made field marshall. Took me almost a week. Sleepless nights were well worth it. Awesome game!

I've got nothing to really back this up, but I think it's whoever locked in their move first. It would seem to make sense, and the few times when I've jumped on the same square, I just let the clock run out, and I always seem to go last.
