Default Re: Getting levelled in 3 bet pots

i will check behind here ALOT. people raisecall from the SB usually with the intention to not c/f the flop in my experience.

this flop is perfect for him. he may have an overpair and be willing to stack off, suited connectors hit pretty hard, and he might shove with overs as well.

then on the turn, depending on the card, we can c/f, float or rebluff him. i often check behind like this then shove over his attempt to take the pot away from me on the turn.

to reiterate i am never stabbing at this board in this situation w/o a hand i am calling a shove with because i think in this situation he is shoving on us 66%+ of the time

i think once we bet a call can be profitable, but i'd rather not get into such a marginal situation in the 1st place.

as daddy has already stated the games are super aggro at the moment with all the regs 3betting and 4betting non stop for some reason. when a TAG calls occasionally, they c/f a lower than expected amount compared to other games. they also run bluffs all the time, so i rebluff alot.

it has happened against seemingly normal TAGs to push over your Cbet on Jxx flops with KQ for example
