Default short term growth.

what's the best bullish indicators for a stock pegged for a short term price increase? do 50 day moving averages mean a lot? any other potentially good indicators?

I look at increased activity in call options a month or so in the future. Drastic increases in these higher out of the money calls is a good sign that "the smart money" sees something in the near term prospects of this company.

CROX Dec 50's are a good example of this indicator.
