Default homebuilder stocks

anyone buying? who thinks they can go much lower? they been going up recently

They've been going up because a couple big houses upgraded them. A cynical person might say so that they could bail out.

Yes, I think some of them will go much lower. Some of them won't live through this. We are so overbuilt right now in this country. I read a blurb somewhere that 1 out of every 7.5 homes is vacant. It will take years to work off this excess, during which time few new homes will be built.
