Default Attn Health Nuts: A question about calcium

Turns out I get a mild allergic reaction to milk, which is pretty much my only daily source of calcium.

Other than supplement pills, what are some good natural (low fat, if not fat free) sources of calcium?

Somehow milk derived products like cheese don't really make me flare up, but I'd really like to avoid eating a pound of cheese every day to make up for the calcium deficit. Any suggestions?
