Default 25/50 6max play bad = tough river decision

i dont know much about villain other than that he is a 2+2er who i think plays more tourneys and PLO cash than NL cash. we haven't really tangled much so far, i think this is the 2nd time i've 3bet him. i've been pretty active over about 40 hands at the table.

Full Tilt Poker, $25/$50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

Hero (SB): $6,018.50
BB: $5,000
UTG: $4,935.50
CO: $3,546
BTN: $6,279

Pre-Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB)
2 folds, BTN raises to $170, Hero raises to $575, BB folds, BTN calls $405

Flop: ($1,200) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $750, Hero calls $750

Turn: ($2,700) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, BTN checks

River: ($2,700) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)

meh I hate to say it but this seems mighty player dependent.. the size of his preflop calling range and his tendencies to bluff rivers are pretty vital here..

Without a read I fold..

I think it has more to do with their flop betting range. A lot of people very very routinely check back AJ/AQ here and will fire with JTs or 88 or 89s a lot.

Wow this is a sucky spot. Im not really sure what to do here. Im really curious what the top players here think on this hand..

I'd rather call the turn than the river.
